At Studio III we start with a conversation. We listen, understand and discuss your needs. Our research and expert design analysis creates a comprehensive brief, cost estimation and initial concept.
We develop the concept through spatial planning, detailed design (including all joinery), material and finishes selection, schemes and FF&E choices. We present our vision and design direction to you with sketches, 3D visuals, technical drawings and sample boards.
Overseeing the implementation of the design at every stage of the project is how we bring the vision to life. We pride ourselves in our strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors. With as much or as little input as you need, Studio III are involved in your project from concept to completion.
Consultancy
Studio III offers support to those wishing collaboration with our expert interiors knowledge at any stage of your project, instead of complete project co-ordination. Initial consultations to understand your requirements are usually conducted by a zoom or phone call, and can later be followed up with a site visit. Studio III will use this discussion to draw up a design proposal. We can offer advice on spatial planning, lighting, colour schemes, material selections, and sourcing specifications.
